High performance binder SP-1
The product is an environmental protection refractory binder for unfired shaped refractory products. With a wide application, it is easy to use and is suitable to produce unfired insulating bricks such as magnesia based bricks and corundum based bricks.
This binder is produced by a complicated and special technology.
The strength of the refractory products using this binder can exceed 40MPa. Confirmed by years of application, the binder is an excellent refractory binder.
In addition, the addition of the binder can be adjusted according the size of the friction press as well as the production scale. For instance, for friction presses above 630 tons, the addition is 5％. The binder is convenient and flexible to use, which is helpful in reducing the cost and enhancing the production efficiency.
